HRH Sheikh Nimer Fahd Al Subah , Assistant Secretary General for International Organizations & Foreign Trade , at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Industry &Trade visited JBA on Wed. June 3rd 2015 , heading a delegation representing the Ministry. The visit took place on the sidelines of the Jordanian- Kuwaiti Joint Trade Committee . HE Mr. Hamdi Tabba’a welcomed the delegation and reviewed the distinguished economic relations between Jordan and Kuwait and the attractive investment climate that Jordan enjoys which encouraged the Kuwaiti investors to invest in Jordan making Kuwait one of the leading investors in Jordan in the different of the economy . He explained to the visiting delegation JBA ‘s role in enhancing the economic relations with the Gulf States on the private sector level through the joint business councils with Qatar & Bahrain, He called on the Kuwaiti businessmen to consider investing in the promising fields of renewable energy , education and health care due to the encouraging investment incentives and the distinguished highly educated and trained Jordanian man power in these fields . HE briefed the delegation on the role of the Federation of Arab Businessmen ( FAB) in enhancing the Arab economic relations , and pointed out that FAB organized in Kuwait two conferences for the Arab Businessmen Community , the last one was in 2013 under the patronage of HRH The Prime Minister of Kuwait . HRH Sheikh Nimer Fahd Al Subah praised JBA role and expressed His willingness to provide all possible assistance to facilitate JBA activities in Kuwait and promote stronger relations with the Kuwaiti business community. The meeting was attended by JBA Board members : Abdel Halim Abdin, Issam Bdeir , Yussri Tahboub and Hussam Al Hudhud , and Tareq Hijazi JBA Director General .
